You can add an arrow symbol to an image on Mac without any third-party app.

1. Open your image using “Preview”.

2. Click on the “A” icon.

3. Select the “arrow” symbol from the drop-down.

4. Use your mouse to adjust the length, direction of your arrow. You can alsow change its color to whatever you want.
