How to pause the update process in Fortnite Mobile

Fortnite Mobile is a super engaging survival game and hundreds of millions of people are playing it around the world. However, the developer updates the game so regularly and each update is really a nightmare. You will have to download many GBs of data and this process will take most of your internet bandwidth.

In order to pause the Fortnite Mobile update process, tap on”Updating…” (yes, it’s the large black word you see in the center of your screen).

Next, tap “Fortnite” or “%”.

Chose “Pause Update” from the popup menu.

Now you can do something like video call, watching Netflix… and resume the updating later 🙂
