How to remove login screen in macOS

This article will show you how to remove the login screen on a Mac. In other words, we will turn on the automatic login feature.

1. Click on the Apple icon then select “System Preferences” from the menu.

2. Select “Users & Groups”.

3. Click on the lock icon.

4. Enter your password then click on the “Unlock” button.

5. Click “Login Options”.

6. Select the account you want your Mac automatically log into.

7. Enter your password then click “OK”.

From now on, you won’t need to type your password everytime you start your Mac.
